Getting there
Flying into Sicily
Comiso CIY
The closest airport - around 40 minutes from the Baglio. Small and easy, but only a handful of routes, so check what's flying from the UK.
Catania CTA
Bigger, with far more UK connections. About 1h45 away by car - an easy run south.
Hire a car. This is rural Ragusa - taxis are scarce and everything is spread across roughly 15 kilometres. One car per group makes the whole trip far easier.
Where to stay

Good to know
A few questions
What's the weather like in October?
Early October in Sicily is usually warm - low-to-mid twenties by day, cooler after dark. Bring a layer for the evenings.
What should we wear?
The dress code comes with the invitation. Expect relaxed-but-smart, outdoors, on stone and grass - so perhaps not your finest heels.
Is there a shuttle?
We're arranging shuttles between the guest houses and the Baglio for the evenings, so no one has to drive after a glass of wine. Details to follow.
Do we really need a car?
Yes - see the travel section above. Taxis are scarce out here, so a hire car is essential for getting around during the day.
